Good app but lacking some functionality

It actually helped me find to find a room in five days and get to know several prospective flat mates.

However, the messaging system is like from the pre-Internet era. First it queues your message for one hour before sending it. Then it doesnt even show if it has been delivered or read and you have to open the website in Safari if you want to find out.

Likewise, there is no functionality to do advanced search and you have to use the website for that!
